You’re a champion by design!

Your body holds some of the most amazing aspects known on the face of the earth. It’s comprised of roughly 80 trillion cells and there is close to ten times that amount of bacteria in your gut.

Your body is constantly renewing itself, generating billions of new cells and getting rid of old cells daily. It expresses itself with an in-born intelligence which is smarter and more sophisticated than any computer on the planet.

You’re incredible. The cells lining your stomach are replaced every 2-7 days, your outer skin layer (epidermis) is replaced every 2 weeks. Your liver, which is an amazing detoxification organ, is replaced every 10-16 months! The body’s brain follows an incredible neuroplasticity principle as well, meaning that it has the ability to both physically and chemically change if given the proper stimulation. The point is, the list goes on and on. The human body is astounding and more powerful than we believe! Who truly knows its limitations. One thing is for certain, you’re extraordinary!

Remember this, in order to have change, you have to change. There’s no way around this universal law. So, to bring more awareness to where you are in your life and help you to start defining where you really want to go. Ask yourself, “where are you currently?”  and “where do you want to go?” write it down. Place it somewhere you see everyday.

Next, you need to realize your life takes on whatever meaning you give it, so it’s important to find empowering meaning when it comes to your health and life in general. If you don’t defined it, it will defined you. Try claiming your life experiences with constructive meaning. Remember you are the best investment you can make.

There are going to be many times in life when we have minimal, if any, say in the outcome. You can’t change everything in your life, but you can ALWAYS change something. Start to concentrate on the things you CAN control by acting on them NOW, setting yourself up for success and opportunity.

A great starting point when it comes to health is your lifestyle, so focus on the small things you can change. Work on adding one simple healthy habit at a time. Rome wasn’t built in a day. The habits that took you years to build do not change overnight, so stay with it; consistent actions create habits, and habits create results! Lifestyle choices are so critical in our daily practices, yet people underestimate the effect they can have on improving their health, marriage, job, and life in general.

This abundance is a calling that requires a strong, determined, and empowered state; one that commits to following through with winning beliefs and the right strategies to reach your desires and goals. The question many face is their big “WHY?” Too often we tell ourselves “I can’t do that because…,” or “I’m OK.” Believing in a story that is false can be limiting and dis-empowering. Answering the question ‘Why?’ will help you in your search for your purpose in life, your life’s mission, and the things that matter most to you. “WHY am I doing it?” Why do I love my job?,” Why is my health important to me?” These questions can expose vision, energy, inspiration, obstacles, values, direction, and most importantly love. If you’re not doing the things you love, being the best you can be, using your best abilities, and following your visions you need to ask yourself, ‘Why Not?’ What’s holding you back? Don’t let false stories you tell yourself become barriers that hinder you permanently from having Abundant Health and Wellness.

Regardless of your reasons for not acting, everybody has a chance to experience limitless fulfillment and pleasure. Tony Robbins said it best, “The real joy in life comes from finding your true purpose and aligning it with what you do every single day!” Ask yourself, what do you want in life? Why do you want it? What are your motives? Are you willing to fight and work for it? Do you really want it, or do you just like the idea of it? What are your values in life?

At the end of the day, if you asked someone if they would rather be rich or poor, what do you think they would choose? What about if they preferred to have a healthy relationship with their family, friends and loved ones or not? How about having a health disorder like: heart disease, cancer, obesity, diabetes, arthritis or not? The point is, we all want the best for ourselves and our family and friends. However, we aren’t often willing to put in the time or effort to achieve the best results.

There’s a healthy balance to almost everything we do in life. How often do we make the wise decisions that are in our best interest in a specific moment? We need to shift our daily focuses more to constructive meaning, making real, practical, and pro-active choices towards our life, health and well-being.
